Privacy Policy

Caffeine & Sleep is built privacy-first. The calculator runs entirely in your browser — the drinks, bedtime and personal factors you enter are never sent to a server, and we don’t store them.

What we collect

• Nothing you type into the calculator. It’s computed locally; your inputs stay on your device.
• Anonymous, aggregate analytics (page views, country, device type) so we know which guides help. No personal profiles, no selling data.

Cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics where possible. If a feature requires cookies, you’ll see a consent banner first and can decline without losing access to the calculator.

The app

The iOS app stores your caffeine log on your device and (optionally) in your private iCloud. We don’t have access to it. See the app’s in-store privacy label for details.
